Welcome to The ONE Clinic (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

The ONE Clinic provides facial, aesthetic, wellness, and related treatments. All services are subject to practitioner availability and may be updated or modified at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services.
If under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be reserved through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
These policies are in place to protect our team’s time and allow other clients the opportunity to book.

5. Health & Safety

You are responsible for informing your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
Some services may not be appropriate for all clients. Your provider reserves the right to decline or modify treatment for your safety.

6. Products & Returns

Products purchased in-clinic or online are final sale unless defective.
We do not accept returns of opened skincare, herbal products, or supplements for safety reasons.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments or products.
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The ONE Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with services is limited to a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
